Stephen is a versatile and goal oriented Senior Finance Professional with in-depth experience and a sustained record of success over 30 years, of which 18 of those developed in the Rail Industry. A proficient strategist, with a proven record of driving improvement, Stephen’s key skills include financial systems management and supporting business/finance transformation. He has additional expertise in problem solving and analysing inefficiencies/problems before they develop, and is proficient in implementing bespoke solutions. Previously the Head of Finance and Settlement at the Rail Delivery Group, he currently works for Police CPI, a not-for-profit police owned organisation, self-funded through its prevention activities.
